Not too bad for a heartland mall, there’s fairprice, hardware stores, clinics, salons, pharmacies, starbucks, bakeries and some cafes and food kiosks. I just wished there were more f&b options!
Nice small neighborhood mall located just next to Potong Pasir MRT. Ver good for young families as the usual enrichment classes are available here in this location. There are some dining options available here and Fairprice is also located here.
Have most basic shops a heartland mall needs to cater to basic necessities.
There is a ntuc, watsons, guardian and quite a number of restaurants from western, chinese to fast food. Quite a number of bubble tea shops too and also bakery shop. They also have a money change beside the toilet.
Easy to park, concise mall.
Dear staff,
I am writing this letter to lodge a complaint against the security staff
at The Poiz Residences car park about the incident that happened this
morning 3rd Sept 2023, about 830am.
My cousin was sending me to work at The Poiz with my family members in
the car however, we went to the wrong car park as I don't always work
here. Instead of going to The Poiz car park , we went to The Poiz
Residence. So we were quite lost as we are not able to enter the gantry.
We didn't know that there are separate car parks. Instead of asking us
politely and guiding us the right way, there is this Indian female
security guard working at The Poiz Residences which we didn't manage to
get her name who came and ask if we were residents residing at The Poiz
Residence. We nicely told her that we are not but we are trying to get
to work at The Poiz Centre. She then asks us is it beside the management
office then we said yes. She then asks us " then why you come here? I'm
working at the security so I know the place you are working at is at the
Poiz Centre" so I said ya , at the Poiz Centre beside the management
office. Then she proceeded and ask again " then why did you come here ?
you should go over there what" . At this point, our attitudes was still
quite polite towards her and we asked her so we should go to the car park
in front is it then she said "ya" fiercely and rudely.
We then proceeded to drive off, however my cousin didn't realise the
wall at the back so she hit the wall a little. The Indian female
security then stop us and check on the wall. She says that we damaged
the walls so she told us to wait and she will go get her manager, whom I
think named Raj. But when we got down the car to check, the wall is not
in a new condition in the first place and our car does not even have any
scratch or bumps. They checked as well. The Indian female security guard
then says something to Raj in Tamil which I don't think it's nice and
her attitude towards us was not nice at all but we have been tolerant.
As we are rushing off, my aunt then offer to take the security's contact
number so they can contact us but the female security guard refused to
take our number. My cousin then shouted at her and told her not to
exaggerate the whole thing. She then refute back and said, "I'm not
shouting at you why are you shouting at me ?" I stand up for my cousin
and told her that her attitude was not nice from the start first. Again,
she refuted and said , " what's wrong with my attitude? How is my attitude not nice?"
As the security guard working there, I don't expect her to say sorry but
I don't think she should talk like this to anyone. Is it because we are
not The Poiz residents that's why we have to be treated like this? I'm
utterly disappointed in how the staff at The Poiz Residence is being
trained. Thankfully, Raj is a good manager. He talks to us nicely and
offered to give us his number saying he is trying to resolve the issue,
he then lets us go. If we going to the wrong car park by mistake has
offended the female security guard hence, she talks to us with attitude
from the start , then we are sorry for going to the wrong car park and I
hope nobody will ever enters the wrong car park like us.
Have place to dine, few milk tea shops, bakery, specially have NTUC 24hrs open. Starbucks, korean restaurant and japanese restaurant, watson and guradian. Also have taekwondo school.
Next to mrt potong pasir, convenient place to buy groceries.
A really small complex to get some of your essentials, like atm access, supermarket, home-fix, hair dressing, pharmacy. This serve some convenience to the local residents especially the condo above.
Most people just pass through the complex for the Potong Pasir MRT station.
It sported a few food outlets for quick meals or easy grab-and-go like subway, sushi bento.
Amazingly, some cafe and bakery are also situated on its perimeter.
Great place for quick and easy access to eateries and Fairprice supermarket. Most essentials can be found here.
